Shopper experience

Create hierarchy without flattening the active theme

The module adds a self-contained story, product focus and commerce action while the surrounding theme remains recognizably itself.

  • The hero, price and CTA form one clear decision path.
  • Module styles stay inside the Storefront Pro boundary.
Review the feature set
Step 1 of 3

This tour uses real product captures and documented behavior. It is not a performance benchmark or a promise of storewide uplift.

NP Storefront Pro adds a controlled presentation layer to PrestaShop without taking ownership of the merchant’s theme. Start with isolated components on an unfamiliar or heavily customized theme, then opt into a broader storefront polish only when the preview and staging checks look right.

The Experience Studio brings scope, layout, corner language and eight appearance tokens into one workspace. Merchants can publish or pause the announcement, homepage story, discovery shortcuts and confidence strip independently, while localized copy and a responsive live preview keep the decisions understandable before anything reaches shoppers.

Version 1.1.0 includes Adaptive, Brand, Neutral and Custom appearance modes; Editorial Story, Product Spotlight and Commerce Compact layouts; Rounded, Soft and Architectural corner systems; and a reversible full-storefront layer. The module does not edit theme files. Disabling a region or uninstalling the module removes its presentation markup.

Features

What it does

  • Two explicit scopes: isolated components for maximum theme safety, or an opt-in full-storefront polish layer.
  • Four appearance modes: Adaptive reads the active theme accent; Brand, Neutral and Custom provide deliberate visual direction.
  • Three homepage compositions: Editorial Story, Product Spotlight and Commerce Compact.
  • Eight configurable tokens for actions, commerce accents, surfaces, ink, success states and hero gradients.
  • Independent announcement, homepage story, discovery and confidence regions with localized content.
  • Responsive live preview shows desktop and mobile composition before storefront publication.
  • Standard hooks and scoped assets: no theme-file edits and no storefront markup left after uninstall.
  • Designed to coexist with NP Search, NP Filter Pro, NP Rewards Pro, NP Mega Menu and standard catalog modules.

Fit

Who this is for

✓ Right fit

Best for · merchants who change campaigns often

Swap the homepage composition, copy and token palette without asking a developer to edit the theme for each campaign.

✓ Right fit

Best for · agencies supporting several themes

Start in components-only Adaptive mode, verify the active theme, then decide whether the broader polish layer is appropriate.

✓ Right fit

Best for · stores that need consistent visual governance

Eight named tokens and three shape systems make the approved visual language repeatable across storefront regions.

Comparison

vs Theme-by-theme custom work

Storefront Pro does not replace a full bespoke redesign. It targets the repeatable presentation work that otherwise becomes a growing set of theme overrides.

FAQ

Questions answered

Will it work with any PrestaShop theme?
The module is designed to be theme-adaptive, not to claim universal zero-test compatibility. Components-only scope keeps styles inside the module boundary and is the recommended starting point. A staging check is still required for heavily customized themes, unusual hooks or aggressive CSS resets.
Does it replace my theme?
No. It registers standard hooks and scoped assets on top of the active theme. It does not copy or edit theme files.
What is the difference between Components only and Full storefront polish?
Components only styles the regions rendered by Storefront Pro. Full storefront polish additionally harmonizes selected shared storefront surfaces. The broader scope is opt-in and should be enabled only after theme-specific preview and staging checks.
Can each language have different homepage copy?
Yes. Hero copy and calls to action are localized through PrestaShop languages. Appearance tokens and region switches remain shop configuration.
What happens when the module is disabled or uninstalled?
Disabled regions stop rendering. Uninstall removes the module configuration and presentation markup; theme files were never modified.
Which PrestaShop versions have been tested?
The exact 1.1.0 package passed the required lifecycle and storefront lanes on 8.2.5 and 8.2.7 with PHP 8.1, plus 9.0.3 and 9.1.4 with PHP 8.2.
Is version 1.1.0 approved on PrestaShop Addons?
No marketplace approval is claimed. The exact ZIP passed the official PrestaShop Validator 5.14.4 with zero findings across all nine categories; Addons review is a separate process.
Can I buy or download it now?
Not yet. Version 1.1.0 is a controlled release candidate. Checkout and public downloads remain closed while early-access stores and final release operations are prepared.
