    Create a database and files backup, then install the exact ZIP on a production-like staging clone.

    Set the observation boundary

    Choose the shop scope, lookback, retention and alert caps before the first analysis.

    Load supplier evidence

    Add rules manually or validate the strict CSV template before importing the complete file.

    Run and review

    Run a bounded analysis and inspect confidence, missing evidence, incidents and native-stock digest.

    Schedule only after proof

    Rotate the signed cron token, test the 403/200 boundaries and monitor the first scheduled run.
