2. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any Neuroplugin product, you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and YCY CONSULTING AND INVESTMENT SL (“Neuroplugin”, “we”, “us”).

3. Products and License

  • All products sold on neuroplugin.com are digital software modules for PrestaShop
  • Each license is valid for one (1) PrestaShop installation
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the module files
  • You may modify the source code for your own use on the licensed installation
  • License includes 12 months of updates and technical support from purchase date
  • After 12 months, the module continues to work but you will not receive updates or support unless you renew

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
  • EU businesses with a valid VAT number may be exempt from VAT (reverse charge)
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Download links are provided immediately after successful payment

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by downloading the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

If you have not downloaded the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@neuroplugin.com.

6. Voluntary Refund Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • If the module does not work as described on a standard PrestaShop 8 or 9 installation
  • If we are unable to resolve a technical issue within 5 business days

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • The module was modified in a way that caused the issue
  • The issue is caused by an incompatible third-party module, custom theme, or server misconfiguration
  • The module works as described but does not meet subjective expectations

7. Technical Support

  • Support is provided via email at info@neuroplugin.com
  • We aim to respond within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET)
  • Support covers: installation assistance, configuration help, bug fixes
  • Support does not cover: custom development, theme modifications, third-party module conflicts, server configuration

8. Updates

Updates are provided for 12 months from purchase date. Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and compatibility updates for new PrestaShop versions. After 12 months, you may renew at a discounted rate.

9. Compatibility

Our modules are tested on PrestaShop 8.x and 9.x with the default themes (Classic and Hummingbird). Compatibility with custom themes and third-party modules is not guaranteed but we will provide reasonable support.

10. Intellectual Property

All Neuroplugin modules, source code, documentation, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of YCY CONSULTING AND INVESTMENT SL. The purchase of a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our modules are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
  • Always back up your store before installing any module

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.

For EU consumers: you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
