Apply for the 10-store pilot
Send the store’s PrestaShop version, PHP version, theme, and enabled payment modules. We confirm the current compatibility boundary before providing the pilot ZIP.

Install version 1.0.0 in Module Manager
Back office -> Modules -> Module Manager -> Upload a module, then select npcheckoutsentinel-1.0.0.zip. The pilot handoff includes the package checksum and rollback notes.

Verify the observe-only boundary
Run the pilot smoke checklist on a test checkout. Confirm that normal payment behavior is unchanged and that an unavailable reporting path fails open before monitoring production traffic.

Review the overview, funnel, and incident inbox
Allow enough normal traffic to establish context, then use grouped incidents as investigation prompts. Sentinel reports evidence; the operator decides whether a gateway, theme, module, or store configuration needs action.
