NeuroCheckout Sentinel 1.0.0 gives PrestaShop operators a local view of checkout health. Its lightweight storefront observer records a limited set of operational funnel events, while the back office turns those signals into an overview, funnel diagnostics, and a deduplicated incident inbox.
The safety boundary is deliberate: this is observe-only software. It does not prevent checkout submission, alter payment requests or responses, disable a payment module, change an order state, or automatically repair a gateway. If the observer cannot report, the shopper's checkout continues.
Version 1.0.0 has passed lifecycle, runtime, browser, and log-review tests on PrestaShop 8.0.5, 8.2.5, 8.2.7, 9.0.3, and 9.1.4 across PHP 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. PrestaShop 9.1.4 passed on both Hummingbird and Classic. The first release is available through a manually approved 10-store pilot, not public checkout.

- Does Sentinel block or modify a payment?
- No. Version 1.0.0 is strictly observe-only. It does not prevent checkout submission, mutate payment requests or responses, disable a module, alter order state, or automatically repair a gateway. Its job is to surface evidence for a human operator.
- Which PrestaShop, PHP, and theme combinations are verified?
- The verified matrix covers PrestaShop 8.0.5, 8.2.5, 8.2.7, 9.0.3, and 9.1.4 across PHP 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. PrestaShop 9.1.4 passed on both Hummingbird and Classic; the boundary and latest-stable rows passed lifecycle, runtime, browser, and log review on 11 July 2026.
- Is every payment gateway certified?
- No. The verified stores had common payment modules enabled while the observe-only, fail-open, payment-subject, and order-state fixtures passed. That is useful compatibility coverage, but it is not a full success, cancel, pending, and webhook certification for every named gateway. Pilot onboarding includes checking the store’s actual payment mix.
- Does checkout or payment data leave my server?
- The 1.0.0 observer and incident workflow are local to the PrestaShop installation and define no external telemetry endpoint. The event schema excludes payment payloads and direct personal data. Pilot onboarding still includes reviewing retention and access settings for the store’s own environment.
- Can I buy it now for €199?
- Not through public checkout yet. €199 is the planned one-time price, but version 1.0.0 is entering a manually supported 10-store pilot first. Apply with your PrestaShop version, theme, and payment modules so we can confirm fit before installation.
