1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any Neuroplugin product, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Each license is valid for one (1) PrestaShop installation
You may not redistribute, resell, or share the module files
You may modify the code for your own use
License includes 12 months of updates and support from purchase date

3. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the module does not work as described on your PrestaShop installation, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are not available if:

More than 30 days have passed since purchase
The module was modified in a way that caused the issue
The issue is caused by an incompatible third-party module or custom theme modification

4. Support

Support is provided via email
We aim to respond within 24 business hours
Support covers: installation, configuration, bug fixes
Support does not cover: custom development, theme modifications, third-party conflicts

5. Updates

Updates are provided for 12 months from purchase. After that, you may renew your license at a discounted rate to continue receiving updates.

6. Compatibility

Our modules are tested on PrestaShop 8.x and 9.x with the default (classic/hummingbird) themes. Compatibility with other themes and modules is not guaranteed but we will do our best to help.

7. Limitation of liability

Neuroplugin modules are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any data loss, revenue loss, or damages arising from the use of our products. Always back up your store before installing any module.

8. Intellectual property

All Neuroplugin modules, code, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Neuroplugin. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
