NP Reviews Pro turns product feedback into a complete, merchant-owned growth loop. After an eligible order, its consent-aware queue schedules a signed review invitation. The customer lands on a focused, mobile-ready form, submits a verified review with optional photos, and can receive a fair one-use coupon without pushing shoppers toward five stars.
Merchants work from a premium moderation studio with live KPIs, filters, bulk-ready review cards, public replies, request history, and automation controls. On the storefront, a theme-adaptive review section adds rating distribution, sorting, pagination, photo lightbox, helpful votes, verified-purchase labels, reward disclosure, product-card stars, a home carousel, and a dedicated all-reviews page.
The module keeps review operations inside PrestaShop, supports multishop scoping, imports and exports CSV, and emits AggregateRating structured data for eligible product pages. - Not yet. Version 3.0.0 has completed the local release matrix and official Validator, but the commercial release remains in launch-list mode until final production installation, rollback, documentation, and storefront acceptance are complete.
- Does it require a Judge.me account or another review SaaS?
- No. Review storage, moderation, display, request scheduling, rewards, and CSV portability are implemented by the PrestaShop module. Your normal mail and cron infrastructure still need to be configured.
- How does it keep coupon rewards fair?
- The same reward rule applies to eligible verified reviews regardless of sentiment. The tested flow issues the same one-use customer coupon for a three-star review as for a five-star review, records the reward, prevents duplicate issuance, and discloses rewarded content on the storefront.
- Can I match the widgets to any PrestaShop theme?
- Yes. The storefront UI is isolated and theme-adaptive, while the appearance studio lets the merchant choose layout, colors, corner radius, density, and visual mode. Final acceptance should still be performed on each production theme because themes can override shared storefront behavior.
- Which PrestaShop versions have been tested?
- The release gate passed PrestaShop 8.2.5 and 8.2.7 on PHP 8.1, plus PrestaShop 9.0.3 and 9.1.4 on PHP 8.2. Each lane covered reinstall, configuration, runtime behavior, and storefront smoke tests.
