When a shopper abandons a cart, the module sends a recovery email containing a signed, tamper-evident link that restores their exact saved cart in one click and carries a clear one-click unsubscribe. Sends run automatically on a token-gated cron with a chunked, multishop runner — not a button someone has to remember to press.

Every send passes enforced guardrails: a per-customer frequency cap, quiet hours (a send landing inside the window is requeued, never dropped), and no silent stacking with an active NP Rewards Pro voucher. Recovery coupons are optional and issued as real PrestaShop cart rules, bounded by a per-campaign budget cap that is checked before a coupon is ever created.

A ROI dashboard reports recovered carts and recovered revenue net of refunds (where the data is available) with a disclosed attribution model — measured results, never an invented percentage. WhatsApp recovery is supported as merchant-sent click-to-chat (wa.me) links, not automated messages.

How much of my abandoned carts will this recover?
Recovery results depend on your traffic, catalog, pricing, email deliverability, consent, and customer behaviour. NP Revenue Recovery Pro does not guarantee any specific recovery rate or revenue amount. What it does give you is a transparent ROI dashboard that shows the carts and revenue it actually recovered, net of refunds where the data is available — measured results, not a projection.
Does it send automated WhatsApp messages?
No. The module generates WhatsApp click-to-chat (wa.me) recovery links that you, the merchant, send manually. It does not connect to the WhatsApp Business API and does not send automated messages — so there is no API setup, no Meta approval, and no risk of policy violations on your account. Email is the automated channel; WhatsApp is a manual, human-sent option. (WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.)
Will recovery coupons erode my margin?
Coupons are optional — you can recover carts with no discount at all. When you do issue one, it is a real PrestaShop cart rule bounded by a configurable per-campaign budget cap that the module checks before creating the coupon, so a campaign cannot spend past the ceiling you set. The dashboard tracks coupon cost against recovered revenue so you can see the net.
Does this replace Klaviyo / Brevo / Omnisend?
No — it works inside PrestaShop alongside your existing email setup. It is focused on abandoned-cart recovery with cart restore, coupons, guardrails and a ROI dashboard, sending through your store's own mail transport. It is not a full marketing-automation suite, and it coexists with whatever broadcast/newsletter tool you already use.
Does it work on PrestaShop 9?
Yes. The module ships from a single codebase for PS8 and PS9 (ps_versions_compliancy 8.0.0–9.99.99), with explicit handling of PS9 changes such as the removed Tools::displayPrice and the auto-LIMIT behaviour of Db::getRow/getValue. A full install → exercise → uninstall cycle is verified on PrestaShop 8.2.x and PrestaShop 9 before each release.
Can you win back lapsed customers or send back-in-stock alerts?
Win-back ships in 1.1.0: re-engage customers who have no valid order in a configurable number of days (7–730), reusing the same scheduler, send guardrails, optional budget-capped coupons and one-click unsubscribe. It runs behind its own enable switch and an active win-back campaign, and a recovered order is credited only when the customer actually clicked a win-back link within the window — no guaranteed reactivation rate. Back-in-stock alerts and wishlist nudges remain on the roadmap and are labelled as such in the back office.
Is the customer-facing side localized?
Yes. The back-office UI, the transactional recovery email (subject, body, coupon, footer, unsubscribe), and the storefront recovery page are localized in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. The recipient gets the email in their own language.
What does the license include?
A lifetime license for one PrestaShop installation (multistore allowed within one PrestaShop multistore instance), with 12 months of updates and support from purchase. A future major version is a paid upgrade. The launch price is €179 (list €199), ex-VAT; VAT is added at checkout. A 14-day refund applies only if the module fails to install on a vanilla supported PrestaShop 8 or 9 — not for recovery results.
